COST

The 20 Hour Challenge is exclusive and FREE to Koa Sports current coached athletes.

For the May Noosa Heads 20 Hour challenge, a 20% discount is available for both the Noosa Blue and Noosa Hill Resorts, these can be provided upon confirmation or expression of interest.

IRL (in real life) how it works

Athletes are encouraged to arrive and be checked into accommodation by 2pm on Day 1
The IRL (in real life) 20 Hour Challenge is ROAD BIKE ONLY
Athletes need to plan accordingly for riding in the dark, no lights no ride.
Athletes are encouraged to have their bikes serviced with new tyres to ensure maximum safety and minimum mechanical interruptions

REMOTE how it works

Athletes are given a Training Plan (via TrainingPeaks)  that best 'mirrors' that of the IRL training camp and encouraged to follow similar training session times to ensure best possible recovery
We understand that sometimes attending in person is hard, and the FOMO is real, so no matter where you are in the world, you can join the challenge along with your team mates who are participating IRL!
