the koa sports 20 hour challenge
Exclusive to Koa Sports current coached athletes is the 20 hour challenge. Athletes can attend the challenge IRL (in real life) or participate remotely in a familiar training environment, on the same dates.
The 20 hour challenge is FREE to attend or participate in! How it works? The Koa Sports coaches will design and plan a 20 hour training block for athletes to complete over a 4 day period, typically Thursday > Sunday. The nature and design of this challenge will depend on a range of factors, with the coaches drawing on their collective decades of coaching experience and safety first principal. For athletes who wish to take on the challenge remotely, TrainingPeaks will be the mode of delivery, with best efforts to replicate the IRL challenge. Athletes are encouraged to have a conversation with their coach first as to whether the challenge is suitable for their fitness, experience and goals. |
